Yup, if you've already accepted the Thiess offer already you are committed to it. Good lesson in that. Wait until its almost at its closing date incase something like this better offer jumps in so you are still free to benefit. If Thiess release you then you can but not if they buy your shares as you agreed then sell to NRW if they place the final better bid.
