    Sorry, the answer is no.

    The bid is now unconditional so you cannot rescind your acceptance. This is usually the case unless the bidder withdraws the offer or there is a material change.

    IMO most bidders go backwards after a TO so I prefer to sell on market rather than take shares but as you have learnt, always leave the decision to the last moment. There is no benefit in being early and always the risk that you accept a lower price than available on market.
