You make a great point Jaaa.
NWL is obviously using the recent strength in its share price in its attempt to acquire PPS.
That is why I would want a higher offer to take into account the potential weakness in the NWL share price. Otherwise they have to offer cash if they insist on offering $1.50 and even then the PPS board may find that inadequate.
