You seem to be ignoring the fact that many of the posters on the PAR thread have said they are doctors, vets and scientists. They are obviously believers in what we have and some are already investing in us. The "medical community" aren't going to be what drives the price up and we still only have the day 56 data back so there is still some way to go. Bring on 6-month data and then some peer review and lets see what happens then.
The medical community don't have inside knowledge before it gets to the public because management would be required to announce anything that is price sensitive information.
Yes, the price has fallen in the past month but we are not Robinson Crusoe there. Have you not seen what has happened to the broader market?
If you look back to the week before day 56 data dropped, the price did the same thing.
If you are going to sweat fluctuations in an investing climate that's not ideal atm then maybe you need to reassess if you are in the right game!
