Easy to design your own studies to show good data. Many biotechs have done this. The problem comes when you have to follow proper FDA guidelines. You still haven't explained, given the "research on OA prevalence", why only one person out of hundreds has demonstrated a positive effect. Have you even spoken to people who are prescribing the drug? You would be a lot less confident if you did.
