Yes there have been a small number, including myself, who have reported no benefit. however, there have been many people on here who have been very enthusiastic prior to their treatment, only to never be heard from again... As someone who was contemplating iPPS I was very interested in how they went. Thats where I noticed that they did not report any benefit, they simply ceased posting. Only 2 explanations that I can think of: 1. They where such terrible people that they didn't what to tell others about how good iPPS was or 2. iPPS didn't work and they simply lost interest and ceased posting.
As I said previously you can have trials say one thing and real world is completely different. Worthwhile to look up one particular form of HA known as Duralone. Great trial results, FDA approved, but terrible in practise and therefore poor sales.
