I assume part of the delay is due to this Covid scenario - lockdowns have affected both QLD and NSW where RVR has interests. Not saying its an excuse but certainly hasn't helped. Does anyone know whether part of the hold up may also got to do with NSW govt. red tape??

Yes the presso did mention $5mill Hillgrove restart in which case I'd be surprised if a CR is called upon.

Interesting next 6-12 months ahead.
