    my understanding was that tungsten in an armour piercing role tends to be as a sabot slug rather than guided munitions. Man portable smart munitions tend to be based around a shaped charge which doesn’t require tungsten to be effective against armour.

    I could be wrong though as I’ve been out of the game for a while.
