I agree its good that two substantial investors see something worthy in NWZ...
Its not good however that they get delivered near control of the company so cheaply.
At the prices its only slighly better than some massively dilutive convertible note from a vulture fund..
That said at or below 1.5c I might now be interested
I would also expect a big share consolidation in the next 6months.
