Many companies on the ASX have a lot more shares on issue

Does that mean the 4 banks need to consolidate asap ??

WOW or WES ??

BHP or FMG ??

AMP or BXB ??

What about SWM ???

Sure theres dilution but this is a spec play and should always be treated as such until it becomes cashflow positive

I guess that's why NWZ is giving the same opportunity to buy in at the same price as the cornerstone investor ...many companies don't care about the retail investors and they just get diluted
