this is very interesting: TPG`s offer included capital distribution; NXT`s current holding just above 20%, without their consent theres no way they can pass the resolution; NXT is in a funny position, no matter TPG accept or not, if they can acquire as many share as they can, they have the control of AJD and minimise the uncertainty regarding to those properties. the only choice for TPG is to amend their offer as soon as they can, because 15th is the deadline for shareholder. I will be waiting untill the date.
