Hi guys, fair comments. I expect TGP will go for 50%, take over the Board and Mgmt and then the pressure is on NXT. They can say they have a blocking stake but that's of no use to NXT and I think they will eventually fold. The NXT logic for making a bid was flawed (my opinion) in the first place as they have long term leases on these properties. If they were so valuable to NXT, why sell them in the first place ? And now why walk away ?
I have been a long time NXT shareholder and happy not to own those buildings. Take the $1.95 NXT and build out the new DC's.
