NXT has given up. Although they want, as is in keeping with their ~29% stake, two of their choices bumped up to the BoD. Fine. Makes ZERO difference to their "independent, best interests of the shareholder" decision-making.
Regardless of AJD-NXT deadlines the door is open for another bidder...
