I find it interesting that with a relatively small $5m investment The company has already stated this will increase its relative share of the Imperium JV. This can only mean other JV partners didn’t have the cash to meet their relative % obligation, or didn’t see merit in the investment and happy to take dilution in the JV share. This is ringing alarm bells imo!
