ORR and management deserve a break for all their hard work.
My concern with this project is that financiers will shy away due to country risk and any funding will be on poor terms involving heavy shareholder dilution given the USD300m project cost (around $AUD400m).
Perhaps they can find a partner to fund it like GOR did in return for retaining 25-30% of the project.
