That's great that you have done well. We have most of our cash tied to realestate, with most in qld and 2 in nsw. My hope is that next year the shares will pay out the mortgage, on track so far, then live off the income from the properties. All of my stock is in resources, as prices were low when we bought, most have performed well, a couple have had us worried, but that is the nature of stocks..... we are currently well and truly ahead now. I see more gain to be had, so hanging on.
