They have access to upto 40 million in non dilutive funding from the US defence force which will help fund phase 2 and beyond. CEO already stated multiple times that Walter Reed and phase 1a sets up the company for non dilutive funding
The drug mechanism of action of reducing calcium influx has already been proven in previous drugs but they always failed due to not having the length of time stopping calcium influx over multiple days and side effects. NYR proves up safety on first cohort and shows positive results for TBI treatment in the army the non dilutive funding is what takes this beyond phase 2. We will know in Jan.
