there is no dollar amount in the collaboration agreement , is purely in kind , end of the conversation I really had no idea what each outside party was going to contribute, was almost like if they want to have a look they will .
the issue of IP is not public information , got the feeling if one outside party makes a discovery they will own a chunk of the IP .....
I personally am a little disappointed that no milestones are in place or being considered ....
standard answer we will inform the market as news becomes available , as I previously posted what in a month , in a quarter , share price will just drift south if no one seen to be at the helm ....
I personally question the need to spend funds on a Pitt street report ...
my guess positive news flow in about 3 months , then capital raise ...
information is king , and right now I don't feel like we are getting it .
already back over 20% from news flow , convince me there was not a leak pre release ....
I'll decide if I stay or go next month or so .....
interested to see others reasons for believing in NYR future ....
