Honestquestion. In plain English what does non dilutive funding mean?
As I understand it; Nyrada has no immediate intention to "create" and sell additional shares for finance/funding.
NYR has great potential but looks to lack financial resources. I assume theywill be looking for the US military via WRAIR to fund it?
As I understand; it the US Dept of Defence will pick up the tab for the next 2 years. Furthermore Nyrada is a subsidiary company of Noxopharm so there is always the potential of an unsecured loan from the parent company for any potential R&D. What arrangement we have in place with UNSW is at this point unknown.
