I don't know if I agree with the thinking they are only research & not development. They are planning to take both drugs to clinical trials which is development in my books. Sure ultimately they may not see themselves as manufacturers, but if they prove the drugs in those trials then we've made our money. As for value of both drugs, if they are proven and on the market - it would be at a level where we probably don't need to worry. Somewhere in the range of a 50 to a 1000 bagger from the IPO price. While I'd love 1000x, I'd also love 50x
Also factor in, I get the sense that NYR has a very strong following, which means the shares are increasingly becoming tightly held. This is one to lock in the CGT discount.
