it depends on a lot of things ....There are already a good handful of oral PCSK9 candidates out there, some more advanced in terms of timelines....
Recently AZ did a deal with Dogma (financial details undisclosed).... and Esperion did another deal with 12.5m upfront with future payments tied to milestones..
It all depends how different and attractive the data will be for Nyrada .... And why it is (if) an ideal candidate for a partnership .... Again it's quite sometime before investors reap the benefits if any ... (not to say the company can't be bought out tomorrow as other biotechs can be as well)....
Best is to put in money now and forget about it for couple of years.... I am sure it will provide decent return..
I have my order at .25.... but may decide to jump in as soon as (if) it goes below .3.....GLTH
