    Keep some to accelerate R&D/ regulatory for the TBI drug, pay rest out as a special dividend.

    A special dividend is exactly as it sounds, usually when a company has a big surplus of cash all of a sudden.

    And yes, the SP would go up also.

    Let's see if NYR can successfully commercialise the anti-colesterol the next year or two.
