AGN was a 100 million market cap before phase 1 and now the CEO has identified it to be a 1-2 billion market cap on phase 2 success. AGN raised 20 million last raise. It’s called raising capital in the future if they do need it. Right now they don’t need to raise a penny and have full runway to phase 2 and with the additional 5-10 million coming in as non dilutive funding that takes them will into phase 2.
