It seems I've answered my own question - It also begs the question what would a company like Amgen pay for a new drug like this?

    A$13.9 Billion it seems.

https://www.reuters.com/article/us-medicines-m-a-novartis/novartis-takes-on-sanofi-amgen-with-9-7-billion-takeover-of-heart-drug-maker-idUSKBN1XY0NL (if HC blocks the link, its on Reuters and relates to Novartis' acquisition of "The Medicine Company" and its cholesterol lowering drug earlier this year).

It also gives a good indication of how much interest there is from big pharma in the very large and growing market for cholesterol lowering drugs. I'd be more than happy with a A$13 billion takeover offer and a 60,000% return, even half way.

I've also noticed on the Nyrada Twitter account they have some interesting people following and being followed. Seed capital linked to big pharma.

I think its time to top up at 22c and getting the word out on the NASDAQ forums.
