    If you look at his history on the IVZ forum, he quoted the same 5 or 6 'facts', literally hundreds of times.
    He's a paid ramper from what I can ascertain from his posts.
    So here it's 10mil mkt cap and $10 mil cash, repeated ad nauseum. As if that fact alone ensures success.
    Talked IVZ up from 20+c to 7c, pumping all the way.
