Show me a link from Walter Reed saying they are funding a Stage 2 human trial with a cohort that is acceptable to the FDA.

Show me a link showing Nyrada are advertising for people for the Stage 1 trial - you won't because they need approval from the FDA (if going for USA app) first.

It's not me telling you this - it's the FDA.

You need to submit an IND application before you can trial this drug on humans. It's the Law.
