Your a troll and no one is left holding a bag or left holding rubbish because it’s got 10 million in funding and that takes it through all the way to phase 2 and who gives a crap if it costs them 150k for Walter Reed. Why is it for free is it? They secure a 5-10 million dollar grant on that study which is already de risked
