This is a strange rise today. Yesterday's sell off was on pretty high volume so some one clearly wanted out. Today looks like it will match that volume with buying pressure. It was a big shake out and definitely would have triggered some stop losses. Possibly and insto looking to get some liquidity to buy in? NYR is pretty tightly held by top 20.
