If the US Army Walter Reed Centre that is working with NYR on the TBI side of things beleives from their preliminary work , (and we dont have too long to wait from their model studies) , that NYR is potentially onto something, even though early days, I would image that some Research funding can be found in the USA. A stamp of "approval" from Walter Reed , being one of the worlds leading medical centres in this field, is worth its weight in gold. The funds will come from somewhere to continue the work, the US Army could well kick-in with a $$$ grant, maybe others also. The prize would be too big to ignore.
I get the timing issue with respect to TBI and administering the drug, but anyway the other string to the bow being the stroke studies itself could be a massive winner in its own right. An even bigger reward if the results are positive.
