Well to anyone following the story the report presents nothing new. The delays have hammered the stock with the impatient dumping allowing the more savvy to accumulate.
I'm still sitting in the cue waiting for more selling, but we shall see. There's still some weakness and this after-market report might flush a few more out yet.
