It basically comes down to how good our management team is at negotiations.If they are true to their word and there is demand from US buyers then the ASX price wont mean diddly squat, they only need to line up one investor with 5 million buckaroos that is happy to pay a reasonable valuation, this will set the floor price and then others will need to bid above that if they want any. It can cut both ways though, if they don't have anyone lined up as a potential investor then whoever they can find on the street will just say, your only worth 40 million based on ASX and I'm not paying more.

Still on track for June listing though, so we won't have to wait much longer.Hopefully we come out of whatever "blackout" period we seem to be in and we can see salesman Chris get a few presentations out to rally the SP for us lowly ASX investors.
