I think they have taken the conservative approach of radio silence until the road show begins. I'm not around any of the details, but I hazard a guess there is legal liability if they start running their mouths while dealing with the SEC.
If it is still on track for June IPO, then say that happens in the last week of June, that gives them 2 weeks after this week for presentations etc. to find investors. Nervous times.
