Correction: there are a few listings for ERfor today but not relevant to us. So, if no cases tomorrow, then we may anticipate either the case having been dropped or another postponement of the hearing (which may then mean the "complainant" is probably only interested in the drilling outcome not the process")
Or it maybe that the hearing was not listed but mediated in a tribunal ...
