A bit surprised that FXJ has the stomach for another tilt at this windmill. But interesting rationale for pursuing it (High Court acknowledged that benefits of the merger would be higher than estimated by NZCC but still outweighed by loss of plurality - So FXJ to chip away at the plurality reasons).

Still skeptical about the outcome - Fairfax doesn't seem to do so well in court, as a generalisation!
