Not sure as to 'why'. Print newspapers (and digital) performed comparatively well during Covid lock downs last year & the real estate market is still flying so I don't know. It does look cheap on a standalone & comparative basis. There has been mention on HC from a respected poster that Sky TV NZ & NZME are looking at something but I've been unable to verify.
