Their explanation makes absolutely no sense to me!
Mgt have done a great job turning this around -but just had the opportunity to buyback around $1-$1.20 in Feb, which is exactly when they said they would. Thought it wasn't ok, but now it is ok? Just odd.
And now the price is $1.50.
I mean I'm not complaining overral, but I honestly think they just lost convinction to start buying on the cheap.
