I read it as they have a $3M cost overrun up to the current point (April 30) ie by the time they finish PV12 it'll be a cost overrun of significantly more than that, and by the time the same cost overruns hit Dingo 5 it'll be a huge cost blowout. Likely somewhere north of $10M gross JV.
They can cover their share of that but like I said it won't leave much leeway. Particularly if things keep going wrong at Range.
