They mention a key driver for appraising P3 are strong east coast gas prices and the ability to quickly connect into existing production facilities.
The initial investment decision was probably based on GSA assumptions, whereas the recent spot trading agreement opens the JV to review the cost benefit analysis on the P3 spend.
Another step forward in my view.
