What am I missing here. Just a more liquid market is the only explanation I can think of, or the expectation that NZO would take CUE over.

Look at NZO historically.
It ddoesn't move as much when CUE moves

It also has less liquidity.
It also can't sell it's CUE holding unless CUE buys it back...

It will also have tax obligations on selling
