If I am reading correctly, the incoming Chair, Pip Greenwood, acquires 30,000 A2M shares (worth ~$200k NZD).
I'm assuming it's a requirement for the Chair to hold shares in the company, but she doesn't actually take the position until after the next AGM. I guess she feels it would be more expensive to start buying then...
She's got a lot of ground to cover if she wants to get anywhere near the size of the outgoing Chair's holding though.
