Ah ok - from the previous LT incentive scheme, makes sense.
I was thinking it was to do with the current one, since that was the most recent disclosure from him in November last year.
So the ATM share price back then in September was $4.75 which would have made his 82k shares worth $390k when vested. No idea how that attracts a $260k tax bill but anyways.... it's none of our business
