A few things need to happen before this announcement will return anything to shareholders -

1. Their application is granted
2. They can get a drill rig and drilling done before the wet
3. They actually drill more than their usual token 'drilling program' and have a professional sampling process.
4. Queensland changes it's U policy

This announcement is very premature and just trying to placate the masses. It actually means nothing.
