They mention 16 rock chip samples but no indication of whether they’ve been assayed already or if they’re pending.

Given the company couldn’t even afford a drill program right now, I assume the approach is to wow the market with a rock chip ANN and then run that into a CR for the drill program.

That’s a huge amount of dilution on top of the 480m shares in todays ANN.

Am I reading this right?

P.S. at $10m mkt cap I guess there is limited downside although the SP could easily go back to 0.003 and lose recent buyers an immediate 40%.
