If by management you mean directors, I think it is very difficult (from a corporations law perspective) to restrict directors' other activities unless they affects their suitability or capacity (or amount to an unmanageable conflict of interest). Shareholders can choose not to reappoint existing directors but as a practical matter would need to find a sufficient number of better people to appoint
