Even though I don't trust CG at all... due to his grab for cash reputation. let's look at OAR the same as LRS... LRS moved from Argentina to Brazil as it was mining friendly, then they consolidated / CR'd and kept hitting goals. I believe OAR will need to consolidate shortly then try joint venture then a capital raise, then they may roll out communication at the same pace as LRS did... pump and Raise.... CG seems to have the contacts in government and Tony G has the GEO experience.... he will 100% bring his best ground team with him... ( repeat LRS ) I have held OAR for a while, but put them in the bottom drawer.... time to pay attention as Uranium is the new lithium boom.
