OAR are now on some thin ice. They have little choice now. Either get moving with these new funds, or it might just spell the end. Whether it be their poor handling of matters pertaining to results, the poor idiocy trading of OAR stock in the last few months, or some from both columns. OAR needs to get on their bike and make something happen soon.
For now holders need to be thankful for small mercies. The raising wasn't done any lower. However, holders beware of how 'well' OAR have handled their issue of options.
OAR management, you're in real need of either some good luck, or some drastic education. Right now, even though we have some amazing opportunities it looks as though you're hoping for luck. Get on with it.
