what does everyone think of Prolupin GmbH. seems like they prove a lot of WOA's statements about innovation as fluff. they've already powderised lupin protein more than 5 years ago and have commercialised into faux dairy products shortly after. they got rid of bitter taste, gelled it etc etc. from what I can see growth has been modest at best. they are based in Germany and also sell to Austria I believe. honestly sounds like it's floundering. thoughts?
