I like both RMS and WGX have been in and out of both of them over the years.
However most recently I sold RMS ~$2 and bought WGX ~$2. I thought at $2 RMS was looking close to fair value and WGX was too cheap.
It is interesting that news now comes out which indicates that RMS may have been looking to buy WGX. I guess that means RMS also thought WGX was too cheap? It would appear that RMS is still interested as well. Otherwise why go to the Takeover Panel?
