Oggy. The cleansing notice says they were for nil consideration. I take from this that he has not bought them with cash but rather taken them as payment instead of cash.
Please correct me if I am wrong. If not, the announcement whilst technically correct (i.e. That he is investing) is, only in my eyes perhaps, another poorly worded one and designed to confuse yet again.
