I don't see why they need to outlay any more cash. They each have 15m performance shares due end of Nov. They certainly will ask for the same again I would imagine with another 3 hurdles if not the similar ones considering they will miss at least 1 or 2 this time round.
The already own a bundle each close to 1% is the lowest I think.
And you are correct as a licensee you are not privy to information as it has nothing to do with you. That's the licence game. You need to know what you are doing upfront when you license a product or you will get done
